About Jennifer Farley
Jennifer Farley was born in a small town south of Raleigh. Initially drawn to Western North Carolina by the Liberal Arts College of UNCA, Jennifer fell in love with Asheville while she was here and settled in the area with her husband George right after achieving her BS in History and Literature. An avid traveler, Jennifer has been to many parts of the world, only to be reminded that her home of Asheville is the most beautiful place on Earth. As an outdoor activist, Jennifer, her husband George, and her son Luke (along with their yellow lab, Barley Farley) love to spend their free time hiking, camping, biking, and canoeing the French Broad. Other interests include rehabbing houses, playing tennis and giving back by supporting the efforts of UNCA, Riverlink, Brother Wolf and the National Park Foundation.
Jennifer’s career began as an educator for Buncombe County Schools. After 5 wonderful years in teaching, she decided a change was in order and began her education to become a Realtor in 2005. After obtaining her real estate license, she also obtained her Accredited Home Staging license and formed a team called Asheville’s Home Team. With 12 years of experience in the Asheville market, Jennifer excels as a listing agent, specializing in right pricing and home staging. She believes in an aggressive, but honest approach to selling real estate. She puts her clients first and strives for success through up-to-date marketing techniques. Jennifer is an active member of the Asheville Board of Realtors, North Carolina Association of Realtors, Accredited Home Staging Association and National Association of Realtors.
About Cain Cox
Cain Cox grew up in central Florida and fell in love with the mountains of Western North Carolina while spending her summers at Eagle’s Nest Camp in Brevard, NC. She earned her BA in Psychology from Salem College in 1992 and moved to Asheville with her husband, a third generation Ashevillian, in 1996. They have 2 daughters and love to spend their free time hiking, camping, backpacking, and enjoying the beauty of their surrounding mountains. Cain is a dedicated, thorough and hard working agent. She is an active member of her community, as she serves on the Board of Trustee with Eagle’s Nest Foundation and is the secretary for the Ruth Davidson Chapter of the North Carolina Daughters of the American Revolution.
Cain is an active member of the Asheville Board of Realtors, North Carolina Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. As a member of Asheville’s Home Team, Cain Cox has been selling real estate here in Western North Carolina for over 12 years.
About Randi Beard
Randi grew up in Louisville, KY graduating from University of Kentucky in Lexington with a BS in Cultural Anthropology. Randi first fell in love with the Asheville area working as whitewater kayak instructor for the Nantahala Outdoor Center, and, after living in Palm Springs, CA and Atlanta, GA, returned to the mountains knowing this would be home. Randi and her husband Andrew live in Asheville, NC with their son Beck and bulldogs Gracie and Lulu. They all enjoy the many outdoor activities this area has to offer including biking, hiking, trail running and water sports.
Randi is an active member of the Asheville Board of Realtors, North Carolina Association of Realtors, Carolina Real Estate Investors Association (CREIA), and National Association of Realtors.
About Luda Cooper
Luda and her family emigrated from Kiev, Ukraine to Charlotte, NC where she was raised and spent her childhood. As an adult, Luda instantly fell in love with with Western North Carolina when she attended Western Carolina University, in Jackson County. There she completed her BS in Business/Marketing. Upon completion of her degree, Luda traveled overseas for several years where she taught English and learned about different cultures and how to work with a variety of individuals. It didn’t take long to realize that her heart stayed in Western North Carolina, where she has now lived for over 7 years with her husband, Billy. Together, they enjoy hiking, camping, biking, and exploring more of the surrounding area.
Luda started her professional career working in the financial industry. After several years, she decided to follow her true passion and expand her knowledge into the real estate market. “A love of helping others and a dedication to my clients are the qualities that motivate me the most.” Using her banking and managerial expertise, Luda brings a strategic, yet personable approach to the home buying and selling process. She views representation and guidance of her clients as a true privilege, and values the trust and faith they place in her. Luda understands the importance of listening to her clients, communicating, and tailoring her services to meet the needs of each individual.
